Prohibited Actions:

• Publishing illegal, offensive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or harmful content.
• Using the platform for fraudulent actions, spam, malware, or deceiving other users.
• Publishing content that violates third-party rights, including copyrights or trademarks.
• Use of the platform by persons under the legally prescribed minimum age (usually 18 years, in certain countries 21 years).

Liability and Responsibility:

• You are solely responsible for all content you publish or transmit.
• We assume no responsibility for actions, agreements, or transactions initiated via the platform.
• All interactions between users occur at their own risk. Any services, performances, or payments agreed upon between users are entirely outside our scope of responsibility.

Sanctions in Case of Violations:

• Content that violates these terms may be deleted without prior notice.

• You guarantee that you own all rights to the published content and that such content does not infringe on third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and personal rights.
• The platform does not act as a trustee. We do not accept payments related to escort or prostitution services. We are not responsible for the execution or non-execution of services agreed upon between users.
• Services performed by the creator of the advertisement or their non-fulfillment are entirely outside our area of responsibility. We do not assume liability for damages, losses, or legal consequences arising therefrom.
• Content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, dangerous, or fraudulent must not be published. Violations lead to immediate account suspension or deletion.

Example: A user publishes images that do not belong to them. If a legal claim arises, responsibility lies solely with the user, not the platform.

5. Fees, Payments, and Liability for Content

Fees may apply for publishing advertisements. These are clearly indicated before publication so that you are fully informed about the costs.

• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and other services provided by us.
• Payments are generally non-refundable, except in cases of proven errors or technical problems on our part.
• Despite review, we cannot guarantee that profiles actually exist or that uploaded images are accurate. We assume no liability for the authenticity of profiles or their content.
• The platform does not accept payments for escort or prostitution services and does not act as a trustee. All financial transactions between users are outside our responsibility.
• Users bear all risks themselves, including legal and financial consequences.

6. Use of the Platform

The platform is exclusively for creating, managing, and publishing advertisements.

• Prohibited are actions or content that are illegal, fraudulent, offensive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful.
